Virginia Beach is home to the world's largest naval base. Naval Station Norfolk houses the largest number of naval forces and supports the US Atlantic Fleet. The preparation on a ship when returning from a mission is as important as the day they left the base. Everyone on board has a job from raising flags, directing the ship and preparing the ropes for docking.
