Sports are starting again and that means I survived another quiet Summer in Columbia. Without August here, the task of shooting the Mizzou Media Day portrait fell on me. I didn't get anything quite as creative as a strobing football but I was happy with it. I also got to shoot outdoor tennis for the first time in a very long time. As you can tell from the first photo my shutter speed wasn't quite as fast as it needed to be. A little rusty on sports action after a summer of shooting kids in pools. 

Here are a few assignments from this week.

Almeta Crayton has been helping the Columbia community for years and today she received something back. After the church noticed how her house was in disrepair they decided to remodel it for her with all new furniture. Today, after a month of living in a hotel while her house was being worked on, she saw it for the first time.
